Free consultationsEvaluationsEducational/wellness sessionsTreatment sessions scheduled within the initial 10 consecutive business days of the PT evaluation.Referral is needed for:
Treatment sessions scheduled 10 consecutive business days after the PT evaluation.If you plan to self-submit to insurance, check your plan's requirements. Many insurance providers require a physician referral for physical therapy reimbursement, even when referral is not required by Texas law.
