Happy Thanksgiving!

I’m writing this on my way up to Massachusetts to be with family for Thanksgiving! 🦃🍁

As always, there’s a lot to be thankful for. But this year, I got to celebrate more gross motor milestones than ever. Because of all of you. Not just in physical therapy sessions, but also all of the milestone celebrations that you’ve shared with me on Instagram and in response to these emails.

Thank you!

Babies are pretty amazing, aren’t they? At the end of the day, development takes place one way or another. Even without a weekly tip from someone like me. And while all of this information I’m sharing is important, a lot of other things are more important. So take it easy this week…

Try this:

Don’t focus on how to help your baby’s gross motor development.

Just enjoy being together, and watch how your baby is learning and growing.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
